Whatever Happened to the Blue Whale in 2302AD

Originally published in Over the Line: An Introduction to Poetry Comics (2013), the first of my collaborations with poet Russell Jones. I really loved engaging with his poem and finding ways to bring out new ideas and associations from his evocative text. This poetry comic was also featured in Dark Matters (2018), Russell’s astounding collection of science fiction poems from Tapsalteerie Press.
